Refund Policy (For Online Courses & Services)

At Bombay Trading Community, we offer digital educational services, including live and recorded stock market training programs. As a service-based platform, all sales are final.

  • NO REFUND will be issued once payment is completed.

  • Access to live or recorded classes, course material, or community features constitutes delivery of service.

  • Please review course details carefully before enrolling.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once payment has been made and access to the course (live or recorded) is provided, no cancellation requests will be entertained.

  • If a customer enrolls by mistake and contacts us before any course access is granted, we may consider cancellation at our discretion.

  • No cancellation will be processed for workshops, webinars, or classes that have already commenced or been attended.

Return Policy

Since we do not sell physical products, and all offerings are in digital or service format, a return policy is not applicable.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Courses)

  • Access to online courses (live or recorded) will be provided via email, WhatsApp, or through our learning platform within 24 hours of successful payment.

  • For live sessions, joining links and schedules will be shared at least 12 hours before the session begins.

  • Course materials, PDFs, or recordings (if applicable) will be accessible as per the course plan and timelines communicated at the time of enrollment.

  • In case of delays due to technical issues or payment gateway errors, please reach out to us for prompt resolution.
